Food was beyond sub par. We gave this restaurant two chances while at Cherokee both times were disappointing. Bread was cold and hard and soup was super bland. Second time we got it Togo. $20 spaghetti pomodoro was tiny, dry and the noodles were hard. This place looks pretty on the outside but the food is behind a ripoff.

I give 1 star because they refused to let us in as we didn't had a reservation. It was around 9 pm, lot of empty table and place closes at 10 pm. I don't know who were supposed to come there at that time but whatever. I already lost bunch of money at casino and then this. I slept hungry that night.

Came for lunch today with my wife, I ordered the lasagna and she ordered the chicken Alfredo fettuccini. My lasagna was very good, the chicken fettuccini lacked flavor. Our server Melissa was great. We felt very unwelcomed and mistreated by the young lady that they had as a host; we asked to switch tables because we wanted to be closer to some friends that were also there and she just just gave us the nastiest attitude possible, I am not sure if she was having a bad day or if she was sick since she kept coughing the whole time we were there, but honestly the only reason why we didn’t stand up and leave after the awkward interaction we had with her was because of how polite and attentive our server was. What is also disappointing is that I think there was a Manager standing next to her when the interaction occurred (I am not 100% sure he was a Manager) and he didn’t do or say anything to turn the situation around. I keep seeing similar situations in restaurants where they hire very young people to fill these positions and most of the time these young people do not uphold themselves in a professional manner, very sad since they are in the hospitality industry. I don’t think we will come back here just because of how mistreated we felt.

My family and I attempted to eat at this establishment due to the food being really good the last time we visited. This time, the hostess told us they were not taking reservations but we could walk in. We were not ready to eat at that time and decided to come back later. When we returned we were told that they were fully booked and not taking any other guests. This was not explained when we initially arrived. I asked to speak with management about the unclear communication. Joseph, the assistant manager, was not accommodating either. Extremely disappointed.

I booked ahead for a booth for 4, specifically asked for a booth. Was seated at a table and politely asked if we could get a booth as requested, hostess told me “It wasn’t listed on your request” but it was. It was apparent that she didn’t care or take the time to read our special request. Food was ok at best. I’ll skip this place going forward.
