Brios has shut down. Not sure why as it was one of the best options here. Way better than the over priced food court they replaced the buffet with a while back. Time to start going with offsite options.

Ate here once and it was honestly a really solid meal. I got the lasagna and it was great. Huge portion, tasted fresh, and felt like an actual sit-down dinner rather than “we’re in a casino so you’ll take what you get.” Pricing was also reasonable for being inside a resort, which I appreciated. Service was very good overall, with one annoying hiccup: I asked for no spinach, and the server even made a point of writing it down… but it still came out with spinach. That said, she handled it the right way and comped my drink order, which definitely helped. I’d go back. If you want a reliable dinner option in the resort that feels like a real restaurant (not just casino food), this is a good pick.

You can't teach common sense or hospitality and unfortunately the manager they having running this place has neither. We asked for two mocktail versions of cocktails on the menu and were charged full price for the cocktail versions. That's $16 for Gin neither of us drank. When the drinks were on our bill the manager said they couldn't be moved off of our check and took $10 off after verbally arguing with us in a rude and condescending tone. This guy should be nowhere near management at a McDonalds let alone a place with these menu prices. Do better Harrahs I know you can, I've seen it.

We were celebrating my partners birthday. I have no complaints about this place. Roberto was very attentive to us. The food was great, fresh, hot, and seasoned well. The wait time for our food wasn't bad, but we weren't in a rush either. The portions were as expected. After sharing with Roberto about the birthday, he brings out a dessert with a candle unexpectedly. I will revisit when in the area again and recommend it as well.
