Went here to get wings about 2 weeks ago around 11:10 pm light on open late sign on . Ask if they were still making wings one guy said no . I thought they were open to 12 . But maybe they had a rough day. Will try again sometime in the near future

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE A BUG IN MY FOOD ?! energy was off , workers were very rude and the gm I believe her name was mercedisa was absolutely very rude and very nonchalant, they offered a replacement and I did reject and asked for a refund . This place is roach infested and no one should see this in their food ! Would not recommend going to this place not even for a cup of water !

This wingstop just opened and its already a major problem. The wrong people are working in this location. I will go to a different location.
I came into the establishment approximately 35 minutes after I placed my order.
I told the man at the front counter my name and what I ordered and he could not find my order on the food rack so he checked the computer and said "I have a few orders in front of yours" of which I replied," I ordered this 35 minutes ago and y'all told me it would take 15 minutes." I proceeded to sit for another 10 minutes just to then realize they had an order board or screen on the wall of which did not even show my name on the screen anywhere, so I went back to the front counter and asked another gentleman about my order again and he went to the same food rack where all the food was and nothing new had been placed since I arrived and then picked my bag out of the bags already sitting there and gave it to me. Not only did I sit there for an additional 10 minutes after waiting 35 minutes of placing the order but they could not even identify that I was a customer whose food was already sitting on the rack. Unacceptable service.
Also, when I arrived, other customers were arguing and pissed off at how long it was taking their food clearly fed up. Someone else came in and at 10 minutes and brought their food back because the order was fulfilled incorrectly.
Another guy said that he had not picked up his food yet and they proceeded to tell him that somebody else picked up is food so he was pissed.
Also three young gentlemen walked into the facility and traded food for something they gave one of the employees as a trade-off. What kind of establishment trades food for whatever people bring in.
At this rate, this location will not be open long and I would not advise you to go there, unless they don't get the right people to serve their customers. My service was around 9:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13th
