  Pésima comida, las alitas junto con las papas fritas venían con exceso de sal es como que le hubieran puesto todo el frasco de sal, jamás recomendaría este lugar desperdicie mi dinero 🤢🤢🤮

  Hi I was at this location 5:20pm today and order the 8pc combo with fries and soda. The cashier was very nice. When the employee said your order is ready. I said thank you. I taste the fries and told the young lady with the red hair that gave me my food that the fries or cold and she point her finger at me and start being disrespectful to me as a customer. I know when fries or cold I been working around food all my life. She finally put some new fries down. Also when I got home my lemon pepper chicken was like she put whole seasoning on wings and fries. Salty so bad that give you the lock jaws. Situation like this close locations. Take care of the customers. Put fries down when customer order or put a timer on the fries. Wingstop #2429 9020 Albemarle Rd Suite J

  I have never met a place that closes all of their appliances half an hour before their posted close time. I ordered online half an hour before close and came in the store at the time it said it will be ready. Every employee in the store was sitting at a table talking, not doing anything. They said that they just got the order and won’t be making it because all the grills are closed. When they were told we ordered it a while ago, they said it doesn’t matter because they turn off the fryers at 11:30 PM anyways. When asked for a refund, I was told that it will refund itself. Now it is three days later, and I have to dispute the charge because it still posted. Never go to this Wingstop unless you want them to not make your food and instead take your money. Edit- The General Manager Daryl reached out promptly after the issue was raised to him, and offered a solution to our dilemma that satisfied both parties. Management handled it very professionally and swiftly, thank you!

  In the evening time after I ordered my food, I was welcomed by Edgar Rogel, he provided an excellent customer service experience. He had great energy and a very welcoming attitude from the start. He made sure my order was correct, gave me my food, and took the time to check that everything was good before I left. I really appreciated how attentive he was and how he made sure all my needs for the order were taken care of. What stood out the most was how kind and genuine he was during the interaction. On my way out, he even blessed me, which was a very thoughtful and uplifting gesture. Overall, Edgar went above and beyond to provide great service, and his positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Thank you for doing such an outstanding job.

  Hey, I'm a DoorDash delivery driver, and I got an order which led me to this building. I was waiting for my order, it all seems well. The guy from the front desk gives me my order, and I take it from him in a fairly normal way, and he suddenly gets mad at me asking me why I snatched it from him. He seems genuinely pissed off, and he questions me again why I snatched it from him Even though I did it in a very normal manner. I felt very annoyed, and I felt like he was beefing with me just with the way I took the bag.
