- DDDee2 days ago1.0How are the managers still employed by having customers in the drive-thru sit for 25min for an order to appear? The time clock has to be deactivated to produce results. Not only did you not tell the customer to pull forward and wait for a possibility of a complicated order, but we sat in the drive-thru from breakfast to lunchtime. Ridiculous! Got to the window 🪟, was told grease was all over the floor and the fryers went down. Ridiculous!

Night crew management is absolutely a joke an service and food product resembles that. My soft drinks were good but waited for 20min to get my food and none of it was hot and fresh. Only good thing about my order was absolutely nothing. Seriously do not go to this Wendy's after dark find elsewhere.

Over 20 mins of a wait time. They completely disregard the process. I can understand the understaff or whatever reason they have, but their management is pretty sloppy on ensure their workers are attentive to all customers.
