  May 4, 2026, 4:23 pm... I went to Wendy's on Park Road near Woodlawn Road.. We went to the Drive thru and placed our order for a family of four ( 4 ), I am handicapped and have trouble walking as I am on oxygen 24/7 and was alone.... When I pulled up to the window to pay, I was told that I would have to come inside to pay... The reason, the register was not working but the ones at the counter were... I asked why they couldn't just take my money and check me out there... The other register was less than 4 feet away and they had no customers inside at that moment... They were not busy at all... They told me it could not be done this way.. So, I drove off and left the order.. My question is, what kind of training do you have at Wendy's ??? You don't care about your customers or Senior Citizens ??? In today's economy, it must be nice not to care about your bottom line because you have all the money you will ever need... You lost my $54 plus today... Now, multiply that 3 times per month, approx $162.00, or approx $1,944.00 per year.. Hope you don't have several thousand customers that feel the same way... I am only giving you a One ( 1 ) Star Rating today... Reason, ???

  Biggest complaint other than extremely slow service at times, is that 8 of the last 10 times I have visited, they have been out of chocolate frosty. How can they consistently not have an item they are known for?

  97% of the time, this Wendy's is NEVER prepared to complete an order. They either don't have product (so they say), or they don't have it ready. And they are NEVER apologetic. They are never kind or courteous (except for one nice lady whom I think may be a manager). I don't know why corporate hasn't closed this one down yet. More than that, I don't know why I continue going back thinking it might have improved, because in 15 years, it hasn't. It is possibly THE WORST Wendy's ever. At least they are consistently the worst. They told my my fries would take two minutes. I've now been waiting five.

  I'm finished with this Wendy's. Every single time I go here, my order is incorrect and I still pay for what I actually ordered. They always either forget my food or don't make my order the correct size. Sometimes they don't even take my order or make me wait up to 30 minutes before they even get me. I went inside a couple months back with some friends and we waited at the counter for a very long time for our order to be taken and employees would come up to us, stare at us, then go back into the kitchen. Awful location.

  I want to give a special shout-out to Kenya for outstanding customer service. I visited over the weekend with my two grandkids, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly spirit. Kenya was patient, kind, and very helpful throughout our visit. He made sure everything went smoothly and created a welcoming experience for us the entire time. It’s rare to receive this level of genuine customer care, and it was truly appreciated. Thank you, Kenya, for making our visit such a positive experience.
