  WORST WENDYS EVER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO CHILI AND RUDE. DO NOT GO HERE. ​I had an incredibly frustrating and insulting experience at this location today. After being told they were out of chili, I explained I don’t eat fries and asked for an alternative. The employee suggested bacon and fries—I explicitly told him I cannot do bacon. He then suggested a side salad as a substitute, which I accepted. ​However, when I got to the window, I was charged $24 for a single meal. Instead of a combo substitution, he charged every item a la carte without warning. When I questioned the $15 price jump, the employee became extremely hostile. He refused to give me his name (I had to ask five times), forcing me to take a photo of him for accountability. ​After being made to pull forward and wait an excessive amount of time, I got home to find the ultimate insult: My "Double Dave’s Classic" was wrong, but not by accident. Despite me telling him I couldn't have bacon, the burger was loaded with double bacon and ketchup only. This wasn't just a mistake; it felt like a deliberate act of spite because I questioned the pricing. To charge $24 for a meal that was intentionally made with ingredients I said I couldn't eat is beyond unacceptable. Total lack of integrity and professional ethics. I will be contacting corporate.
