    This Wendy's will take your order, charge you for what you ordered, and then not give you what you ordered and paid for!! Then when you go back in to confront them they yell at you and claim that they didnt just steal from you! Don't give them your money!

    I was here at 9am. They were closed. Earlier this week, i tried twice to get a breakfast bacinator. They don't even "carry" them. It's a Wendys... how can they not even have the standard Wendy's menu? How can they not open until 10am-- if even then?

    Had a relatively simple order the issue was with the frostys upon arriving at the window already the whole demeanor was terrible. She tried handing me a frosty w strawberry sauce on it when I said this was wrong I didn’t order it she said that it was on the receipt when I looked at it only said the plain frosty and the Oreo one no strawberry in sight. Oreo frosty was also made wrong and asked why and they said oh we didn’t have it but they didn’t convey that before hand. When talking to the first lady she kept talking over me and said that it was what I ordered when it wasn’t and then simply walked away. The Second lasy was nicer I have been here before multiple times I’m not sure if she had a bad day or what but I also work in customer service and have never done this.
