  The entire place seems like they don't have enough staff or they aren't trained properly. Everyone was running around in chaos, took 20 minutes to get a simple jr cheeseburger with nothing on it. I don't regular at this one as I'm just passing through town but I would just say, please try and do better.

  Visiting Charlotte and was staying at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott, which Wendy’s is located directly across from you can walk over there. It’s advertised that they’re open till 2 AM but it doesn’t say drive-through only so we decide to walk over there and get food and we see that inside closed so we walked through the drive-through because it’s late and they’re about to close because it’s 1:30 am so we’re hoping that we can get served. The workers were cool and they said that they just have to ask the manager to see what he will say and when the manager came and he was a complete IMBECILE. (I have other words I want to use, but I’m not even gonna go there) This black manager with dreads/locs (I’m only saying it like that for Wendy’s to know what manager it was.) HE APPROACHED us rude and condescending, and didn’t even speak professional to let us know what the reasons and/or policy was as to why we couldn’t get served through the drive-through window. Yes, I understand thats drive-through but it’s late at night and the location is right next to a hotel. You would think that they would have a pick up window or be accommodating to people that are staying over there because there’s no other stores over here that can be walked to. Wendy’s need to advertise open late for drive through ONLY!
