If we had ordered 15 minutes earlier when it seemed the food was made, then at least there would have been potential for it to be good - or at least better than it was. I mean for 12 bucks a combo, how hard is it melt the dang cheese and give the customer hot food?

I work in Fast Food. It's not the customer's fault you over drop without having any customers in line - I guess that's why I was the only one. Definitely won't be returning.
