  Very rude and unhappy employees with no structure at that facility. Very beautiful property for a Wendy's franchise but the employees at this one ruined it for me I won't be going back there anytime soon

  The black manager that works here is very aggressive & rude. She had her employees looking nervous and barely able to talk at the window due to her being so loud. I was told they were in a rush with 6 cars in the line and she is taking my order at the box while talking to other people and kept asking is that all, is that all, before I can finish my order. Then my order was incorrect so I went back in the line and she said I had to come inside but mind you I have small children I said no but can you remake it and ill park. She said well you didnt say you wanted it that way. I told her no I Definitely did if you would calm down you would have heard me. Then she starts yelling and im yelling back. I ask for a refund and petty betty brings me 6 dollars back but not the 11.45 for my combo! I see why they have so many bad reviews!

  I recently decided to go there for some lunch and was definitely disappointed. I ordered a biggie bag with 2 sandwiches and fries. The sandwiches were warm, but the fries were cold. Also I ordered one of the cookies that you see on the counter and it was the most stale thing I ever ate. One bite made me sick. I asked if something could be done about it and all the lady at the register said she could do is give me a frosty smaller than my hand. Ive never seen such small cups. Also i sat on the wooden bench and it was all super sticky. Anyways as much as im a fan of Wendy's im probably not coming back to this one....

  It’s been a while since I’ve ordered food here but they just suck. I’ve been twice in the last 2 months and there are always employees sitting around, walking in and out with the headset on. You’d think they would all be working to better serve the customers. Today I placed an order on the app and when I got there I got my drinks but had to wait for food for about 15 minutes. I got home and the spicy nuggets I ordered where mostly stale. There were like 4-5 that were more fresh. So tell me why I get stale nuggets when I had to wait? What where these employees doing? I swear it’s always these younger kids that act like they don’t want to be there, along with some grown people.

  Every time I try to come here the payments system is down, the dining room is closed, or they forget something. Ridiculous.
