  I’ve been to Topgolf four times, and every time I’ve been placed on the ground floor—this time all the way in the far corner. It honestly takes away from the experience. This isn’t a cheap activity you just do “whatever,” so bay location matters. Unlike bowling, where it makes no difference, here it clearly does. I was told I need to book days in advance and leave a note to request an upper level, but that’s not communicated anywhere during booking. There should be a clear option to choose your bay location—or different pricing based on placement. As it stands, it feels inconsistent and frustrating.

  First time I played Topgolf and it was a great experience. I went there with some colleagues from work and it was a lot of fun and we stayed for more than 3h. We also had some drinks and snacks. All in all it was really fun and I can totally recommend Topgolf Charlotte - Southwest.

  Met some friends here for my son's birthday, I had heard great things and this was my first time. We loved it, everything we did was very much worth the price that came along with it. We can all swing a club but aren't avid golfers. Will def go back for another occasion soon!
