  Best Indian Restaurants bar none. Great food. Appetizer Coastal spiced Prawns Side salad had a mango vinaigrette dressing. Vin D' Ahlo (5starspice) with Lamb. Great. Garlic N'aan the best. Andrew the Bar Tender took pride in handcrafted cocktails. Also they do a very very good job accommodating allergies. (Egg, Dairy, Soy, Gluten).

  I ordered Delivery so i havent been. However bottom line. The Indian dishes were the best ive ever had. Tasty. Great quality. Nothing else as good in the area. Only issue I have as i have with all Indian restaurants is the menu descriptions are such that one doesnt exactly wgat hes getting. Descriptions in English which are better would be great.

  I have been coming here for YEARS. Actually moved to Charleston for a short time and came back once a month and ordered to go food to take back with me to Charleston. I live back in Charlotte now and it’s still just as amazing. Have not found food better, I have tried other restaurants and still nothing can top this amazing food. I have also never had one bad experience!!!

  There were so many Indian restaurants but we chose blue taj due to the reviews. This is why it is so important to leave good as well and not so good. We passed 4 Indian restaurants to get to blue taj The Indian food here was absolutely outstanding! We ordered the butter chicken, palak paneer, and garlic naan, and every dish was perfectly seasoned with just the right level of spice. The levels of spicy was just right with the request and temp was so good! Hot all the way through! The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and incredibly flavorful. The palak paneer was smooth and delicious, with perfectly cooked paneer and well-balanced spices. The rice was cooked perfectly — light, fluffy, and the perfect complement to the dishes. The garlic naan was incredibly flavorful, soft, and fresh, with just the right amount of garlic. On top of the amazing food, the owner was very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. You can tell they really care about both the quality of the food and their customers. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for authentic, delicious Indian cuisine!

  Looking for place for intimate dinner, date night or birthday dinner The blue Taj restaurant can accommodate the team is amazing it was our first time enjoining Indian cuisine our server Raelynn M was awesome knew the menu very well was able to guide though 4 different menu which included wine, menu, red and white wine and champagne by the cup or the bottle not much champagne options it had to suck though French wine, Italy wine the carbonate wine was very good. The atmosphere was delight, cozy minimal noise where you can have a conversation service is very attentional to our needs which help to pick their you dishes and wine choices The price was right everything was $25 or less for entrées which great prices everything wad shareable you get full quick i also make sure you pick right level of spices which range 1-5 we choose 3 which was Perfect you can still taste the flavors with every dish. We try the fried cauliflower.which was very good their sauces was delicious nothing dry on the mouth it was definitely a 10|10!experience locations perfect if you staying at the Marriott it’s a 1 minute walk plenty for parking but a little tight if you have a large truck
