  I have to say Sally we always go online when Recife when there is a problem and to me how a problem is handled speaks volumes to how a restaurant of ran. I always love this location because they are consistent and always get my order right. This trip my order was all mixed up lol and once I went inside not only was I met with professionals but I was met with some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at any TACO BELL. My order was corrected and then some. I really appreciate the manger and his team for taking great care of us and we will continue coming to this location!

  Est order ready time 12:57, it's now 1:20p, I still don't have my food. I have to get back to work!! 😔😕 That's the WHOLE IDEA, rite, order ahead... Dn't have to wait.....????!!!! 😵‍💫😵😕

  We ordered the Party Pack hardshell and it was amazing! Full of meat, cheese and lettuce all the way up! Hot and good also got a card for free taco!

  Been here multiple times and it's always at least a 25-30 minute wait, even during off hours. Should not be able to legally call this 'fast' food.

  On this very night.. it was an African American female with braids at the window that took my order in drive thru.. with the very worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. She had her AirPods in dancing and doing the most but can’t deliver good customer service. Then my food was freaking DISGUSTING. I ordered the number one chicken chalupa .. why in the world they only put a little bit a chicken and a few pieces of lettuce on it and then the chalupa was hard as a Rock. My food was so cold!! I’m just so freaking disappointed. That whole crew that worked tonight needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY!!!
