  Very poor service from start to finish. The employee was rude, wouldn’t read back the order for my mom (who couldn’t see the screen), and rushed us while we tried to check it ourselves. When I asked to change a chicken chalupa to beef before paying, I was told it was “already made,” which made no sense since we hadn’t confirmed the order yet. At the window, the tone was still dismissive and condescending. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

  I wanna understand how or why we can’t call the freedom location when something is wrong with the food. I get all the way home after waiting forever I just knew my food was right. Wasn’t even my dang on order. Beans have never came on the chalupa yuuuccckk.

  I visited this Taco Bell twice after work close to midnight and both times, the gentleman that was at the window taking orders was funny and polite. The food is good as well. I like the mini taco salad bowl.

  The best Taco Bell Mexican Pizza I have ever had in couple decades, filled with ground beef, the tortilla chips they use to make the pizza doesn’t taste stale it tastes fresh unlike it 90% of Taco Bell’s in Fl and NC. My apologies for the foto it looks sloppy but I wanted to showcase how much meat was inside.
