  Who on earth has ever heard of they can’t take orders because they’re doing a shift change at 2 am that’s the biggest bs ever! We are from out of town drove all the way over there to hear that! Maybe you should show closes on google

  This lobby asked wvweycuatomer to wait and tmsyatw d they had no orders yet said every name from the app clear as day. They told us no waiting I drive thru allowed (because they know it raises time concerns). Manager allows us to wait for DoorDash, Uber Eats, post mates, and online deliveries in drive thru with a code. A teenag MANAGER who handled things as much as she could did get orders out but it’s clear n the lead manager went home leaving responsibilities to the college students/high acho atuxents I will be reporting to OSHA and EEOC with recording of what was happening. Unacceptable and shameful behavior on the adults part!

  The food is regular taco bell in the unlikely event you receive it. Service is unacceptable. Order at a different location.

  I came into Taco Bell as a third-party delivery driver to pick up an order, and the experience was extremely unprofessional. When I entered, I greeted the employee with a simple “good morning,” and she completely ignored me. There were no other customers in the restaurant and no visible rush—just silence. For several minutes, I stood there saying “hello” and even “hola,” trying to get acknowledgment, but was still ignored. After about five minutes, she finally asked if I was there for a pickup, but there was no apology or sense of urgency. When I confirmed, she simply walked away without communication. A second employee eventually came out—after taking time to handle her own tasks—and asked the same question again. Once the order was ready, it wasn’t even handed to me directly. It was placed at the driver’s window, requiring the second employee to retrieve it and bring it over. This kind of service is frustrating and disrespectful, especially for those of us working on tight timelines. Basic communication and acknowledgment go a long way. This is exactly why people forget that we are customers too. Delivery drivers are customers too—we see what goes on behind the scenes. And experiences like this are the reason I choose not to eat from Taco Bell, especially this location.
