Call me crazy but I have tried every single Taco Bell in Charlotte. This is the BEST one. I usually get vegetarian substitutions on my food and this has been the only taco bell that has consistently made it correctly. Every other TB makes mistakes with food. As a vegetarian this is the best option if you don't want your food to be messed up.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. What should have been a simple order turned into an unnecessary argument. I ordered a large Nacho Fries, which I understood to come with two sides of cheese, especially considering that even the smaller size includes one. Instead, I was met with resistance and an unwillingness to acknowledge what seems like a basic expectation of value and consistency. As a paying customer, I don’t appreciate being made to feel like I’m asking for something unreasonable, especially when I’m simply expecting what matches the portion size I ordered. It’s frustrating and frankly unfair, particularly when I’m ordering for my children and trying to ensure they get what they’re supposed to. Customer service should be about listening, resolving concerns respectfully, and making things right—not arguing with customers over something so minor. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it left a bad impression. I hope management takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled, because right now, it feels like customers are not being treated with the respect they deserve. So you can assume to know my food would have not been as advertised. Sad location

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE had a pick up and wanted to also order And with no soul around the young girl would not take my order and said use the kiosk on top of that the manager at the table eating around 10ish saying if you need me let her know like what for real and than on top of this little boy came out and said your emily right this is your order all sarcastically pulled something out of his pockets and went to back to fix my order all bc I ask the young girl in front to take my order instead of kiosk like forreal no line in drive thru and no one in store seriously customer service was the worst and had to toss my bag of food bc all the smiles and giggles making the food was a no for me it's sad how people act get paid to stand around and food looked disgusting and thrown together and barely any meat shame on you workers do better

I rarely write reviews, but I hope a store or franchise manager sees this. Around 11:00 AM on 03/13, my sister and I went through the drive-thru to place an order. While we were still looking at the menu and deciding what we wanted, the employee taking orders abruptly said, “If you could please hurry up and order! We have a timer!” I used to work at Wendy’s, so I’m familiar with how drive-thru timers work and how stores try to compete with others in the region. I understand the pressure that can come with that. However, speaking to customers that way is disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, the order itself wasn’t made correctly. My grilled cheese burrito wasn’t grilled, and my taco-topped fries were made with beef instead of chicken like I requested. I’m not writing this expecting five-star service from fast food, and I’m certainly not going to say I’ll never come back—I actually enjoy Taco Bell. But the interaction was unnecessary and left a bad impression. I hope management speaks with the employee who was working the drive-thru around 11:00 AM on 03/13 about the importance of professionalism when interacting with customers. No matter where you work, basic respect and courtesy go a long way.
