    I came to this store lastnight to pick up a Doordash order and went through the drive-thru because, the app said the inside was closed. When I pulled up to the window and gave the name, I was told that I needed to come in to get the order. I pull around to the side door and it was locked. I knocked on the door about 3 times, to no answer. I now pulled back around to window 2, and told the girl the door was locked, to then be told that I had to come in through another door. When. I finally get in the store, I'm now told the order was taken! The customer service was not customer servicing.

    Ordered a Doritos locos taco, Diablo chicken nuggets, and a Chicken Chalupa and Nacho Fries…They forgot the Doritos Locos Taco, Nuggets didn’t have the Diablo dust on it, Chicken Chalupa the shell wasn’t cooked, the chicken was cold… I ended up throwing it away. The only thing they got right was the Nacho Fries and Baja Blast… never coming back here again.

    This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell locations I’ve ever been to. I ordered a large Pepsi Dirty Soda and two orders of the 2-pack Cinnabon Delights. When I got to the window, I was handed a regular Pepsi instead. I told the worker I ordered a large Dirty Soda, and he remade it—but without ice. When I asked for ice (since all their drinks normally come with it), he said the ice machine was broken. At that point, I asked for a refund since the drink was almost $5 and not what I ordered. He brought over the manager, who immediately came off rude and asked, “what’s your problem?” I explained the situation, including that I wasn’t told the ice machine was broken when I placed my order. She responded by saying their ice machine works and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. When I asked why my drink had no ice then, she didn’t answer and instead said, “well what do you want?” To make things worse, when I got my food, I was missing one of my Cinnabon Delights orders. The manager then grabbed my bag and went through my food with no gloves on. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience with poor customer service.

    I have never had any true issues with a taco bell. This one deteriorated within 2 months of us living on this side of charlotte. The first few times we went it was really good. Then i think staff changed and every time we had gone it was not great and the staff appeared annoyed. Every other fast food restaurant in the area is prompt, serves hot fresh food, and the staff are fantastic. We tried ordering taco bell for the first time a while hoping for change and wen through for delivery. Ordered at 9:24 stated it would be delivered by 9:46. By 10pm the driver had left and door dash was locating a driver. Tried calling the store to see if there was an issue and no one answered the phone. It has been labeled as “being made” since then so I cannot cancel the order which perpetuates the cycle of door dashers trying to pick it up, them being stiffed because theyre being told theyve already handed off the order but it’s still marked as being made so the order keeps being picked up by drivers. By 11, 6 drivers had tried to pick it up (one answered the phone and stated they were told it was already picked up for delivery but was not marked in the app), there was no resolution and we gave up on Taco Bell. High do not recommend this location or its staff.

    This Taco Bell is always a problem but today was nuts. They’ve been “making our food” for over an hour and there’s been a total of FOUR drivers that went to go pick it up. They all drove up, wasting their gas (at $3.89 a gallon), and after waiting about 15 minutes they each gave up on the order. If we could cancel the order so these drivers don’t have to waste their time and money, we would, but the Taco Bell app DOES NOT ALLOW CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS. I don’t know if everybody took the day off or they’re just chilling in the back but it’s Monday night so there’s no way they’re just busy. Taco Bell is just wasting everybody’s time and money, for what? Just shut the store down. The food is always trash though, so if you’ve got the time, go to the one on Sardis. Or just stop giving this company your money.
