  This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I spent 2 hours in the drive-thru just to reach the window, which is completely unacceptable for "fast food." To make matters worse, once I finally got home, I discovered an item I paid for was missing from the bag. When I asked the cashier about the extreme delay, I was told the manager had ordered the wrong inventory items and the staff was struggling to figure out how to fulfill orders. This is the second time I’ve dealt with major issues at this location. It is pure carelessness and total mismanagement. I strongly recommend avoiding this place—save yourself the time and frustration.

  Waited 20 minutes for the food, saw how filthy the dining area was and decided to leave. Under the condiment area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the place was built, and all of the tables had food scraps all over them. Only reason this place gets 1 star is because there isn’t an option for 0. Will never go back to this location.

  I'm stuck with this store, and every order comes wrong. Always missing two or more items, and the management can never do anything about it.

  The McDonald's in the same plaza gave me diarrhea and I'd still recommend it 10/10 times over this place.

  Honestly, 45 minutes for 3 items is beyond ridiculous. No apology for wait either. I know it's fast food and expectations shouldn't be that high, but damn... it seems like there is incompetence from managment or something bc it just does not make any sense to have this many negative reviews. Also, what they are charging to add steak and only giving like 3-4 pcs. SMH... I guess Taco Bell needs to remain a nostalgic memory, and we should not waste any more money or time dealing with this company. I thought yall may have redeemed yourself but should of known based on the grey lifeless dining area, that the real Taco Bell is dead along with the retro colors.... it will never be the same.. 😭 As an ex-employee of Taco Bell in the 90's, I know how long it takes to do simple tasks, however tonight they must have had to hunt the elusive taco animal for its shell because I had to wait 45 minutes in the line when there was only one car in front of me that ended up receiving only a small bag. I was wondering if the trauma of being hopelessly trapped in the car line was ever going to end, and I was looking for the police to help break us free since we were going to be there after hours and surely someone would notice it was out of hand. I finally received my items, wrongly made, but I can't get that hour of my life back.
