  I made an order online accidental to this location and ask kindly if the dispute could be made as I was at another location , you would think you’d get a refund and pay at the other location but no, I was rudely declined and told “well you would just have to get it” this is not customer service ! Reevaluate your employees this was Friday Apr 24 a young man working around 12:05 pm

  Great service from the owner and his team! Have been coming here since we moved to the downtown area for about 4-5 years now and have had very few complaints, which were very minor.

  Jorge was a friendly, smiling face at my lunch today! He was so welcoming to customers. Also, he demonstrated initiative to jump in & help where he was needed. Jorge thanks for being an asset to this nice Subway store! You made my day!! Thank you!
