    The older man behind the counter is absolutely disgusting and rude. I don’t encourage anyone to go there. He should actually be fired.

    Worst sandwiches ever!!! Paid $2.50 for extra turkey on my sandwich and didn't receive it. Second sandwich was Philly Cheese Steak, when I say minimal to none is really what I mean. If you can't participate in the promotions, let customers know.

    Every time I order Italian Bread on the app they give me Italian Herbs & Cheese bread. I don’t understand why they can’t look at the order and know what bread to use.

    Absolutely terrible service. The manager on duty was awful to interact with. I made a mobile order with my free sub coupon and it went through. I walked in expecting to receive said free sub and he rudely told me no. He kept arguing with me and was very abrasive. I asked to speak to someone else in charge (could barely understand him) and he said no. He went to the back and “called” the owner, but when I pressed for him to call him back he said no he wasn’t serving me anymore (not that he did in the first place)
