  I gave one star so I can make a comment but this is the worst place ever. They have doordash but yet claims it already has been picked up. Lady hollering at me and then made rude comments. She crazy lady. Just make the food silly Billy. Lol

  I came here a couple nights ago and there was this manager named George working all by himself this day. Although he had a line going he was very quick with it. He took my order very politely, apologized for the wait and my food was fresh! Everything was good, hot, fresh and very presentable. I felt bad seeing him alone, give this man a raise! He deserves it and I’ll be back!

  The worst service ever!!! I got good for other people not myself, on one of the orders they wanted something with ice-cream in it. The lady tells me she doesn't feel like making or cleaning out the machine for any customers. At the time I was there I was on the phone with one of the ladies I was getting food for and she also heard the lady say that and we couldn't believe what we were hearing. Yall need to either fire this individual or point her to another job field...if you don't like the public and don't like fixing food..find another job sweety cause this not for you.

  It was absolutely horrible!!! We waited for over an hour for our order to get taken and our food. The person at the speaker didn't even complete our order when he took it at the speaker, we were told to hold on, it'll be just moment after giving him 3 of the 4 orders for our purchase. We waited 25 minutes at the speaker and I got irritated and asked, hello, is anyone there? And no one answered, so I had to get out of my friend's vehicle. Go up to the drive through window and get the attention of the person taking the orders. Even though there was a car at the drive thru at the time, I got his attention and told us just to pull around to window, we again, had to give him our order 3 different times and he still got it wrong and charged us separately for everything, except for 1 combo. He (George) refused to give us a refund or even a partial refund and kept forgetting our drinks. I do not recommend going here after 6 or 7 o'clock in the evening.

  They placed new hours and still do not open at the hours that they claim. Sat in the drive thru. No lights, no drive thru rep. Called the establishment at the time they claim to open and no answer. Employees are in the establishment. They are just opening when they want to. If you don’t want to work, quit and allow sonic to hire people who want to. I’ve never been to a restaurant that refuses to open when they are supposed to even on adjusted hours.
