  Looked kind of dirty inside and the cashier had an airpod in her ear and seemed to be rushing me and was taking my order as if I was in the drive through. What’s the name, go head. And then when I mentioned I didn’t see a brand new item on the menu she rolled her eyes and pointed to a small printed sign of the item. Please clean the place and have more patient employees!

  The meal was ver scrumypios! I was in The mood for a norishimet. Chloe help me. I was very hunry and needed Meal. I did not minded Price my husbad Provid. I startd mal with Hot fries. My tongue burned An got red. I need milkshake to Cool and it Helped. Thank Lord for husband he works so hard. I also got Ben burger but it was veggie burger on recept did they chang Thin? Thank you for meal I will rember fond.

I am blown away at the quality of food that is offered and also how flavorful it is along with excellent customer service.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Smashburger on Randolph Road in Charlotte, North Carolina is the BEST!!! Smashburger sets the bar high on quality, flavor, or nutrition!!! I ordered the Colorado double burger, sweet potato fries, smash fries, and brussels sprouts, along with an organic unsweet tea and 3 cups of ice to go. I can eat Smashburger every day and never get tired of it!! A gentleman named Wil, the District Manager mentioned that there will be new food offerings starting in April 2026.How exciting!!!! They serve quality meat, which is certified Angus beef, they provide Organic milk and organic apple juice in their refrigerated case, they offer gluten-free buns for the hamburgers!! Smashburger has the best brussels sprouts I’ve ever had!! Their sweet potato fries are cooked in beef tallow! Their “Smash” fries are just lovely cooked with rosemary sea salt and olive oil so it’s cooked to perfection! I think all of their fries are cooked beef tallow!! So nutritious and healthy!! They also provide organic options for juice as well as organic sweet tea and organic unsweet tea!!!! Their ice is the best! The ice cubes taste very clean!! They’re unsweet. Tea is very tasty and taste very clean!!! Al remembered me and Jaron was excellent with this customer service because I had multiple beverages and he automatically gave me a drink tray and that is exceptional. Al & Jaron are fantastic and really helped me with excellent customer service by remembering me and giving me their best service!! Will, the District Manager was wonderful because he took the time to really listen to my feedback and I am absolutely thrilled with Smashburger in Charlotte North Carolina and what they offer!!!! Just the level of quality is exceptional when you consider most fast food places don’t have real authentic nutritious food. I’m thrilled that Smashburger cares enough about their customers to provide a higher quality caliber of nutritious food that is real, authentic, and cooked exceptionally well!!!! They set the standard for quality “fast food “nutrition to where your own health and well-being does not have to be subjected to seed oils, GMO ingredients that harm the body’sand they’re making sure that they’re not going to cause more inflammation in your body with seed oils and GMO short/cuts!! The human body was created to live in vitality and it is a temple….it says that in the Holy Bible!!!! How refreshing that I can get quality “fast food”and not compromise my own health!! Smashburger cares enough about their customers to provide the BEST!!!!!!! Smashburger and your team ROCK!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
