Disappointing **An update to the pathetic response** Let’s call it what it is: “We’re truly sorry” is boilerplate. “Your feedback matters” is ritual. “We’re committed to making improvements” means nothing without action. No credit, no call, no fix — that’s the real insult. After silence, then this? It feels like being patted on the head by a robot that didn’t listen. That message wasn’t for me. It was for Google’s algorithm and a liability box — not the person who didn’t eat.
- TGTara GDec 3, 20251.0I don't mind waiting but I want updates instead of an unknown amount of timr waiting from the delivery time. Would also be nice if they actually answered the phone. Know that if you call, you will automatically be transfered to an out of country call center. Then, they transfer you to the store that never answers the phone. Awful service and I'm still waiting on my pizza.
