  Excellent experience at your store. Denise had a major impact on us with her great service! She was amazing & such a pleasant, helpful, kind, happy & professional associate. A great asset to have. She made the experience a one of a kind & we will be back & send others. Thank u for having her as the face of the business, she's a huge asset!

  This by far has been nothing but bad service. I usually always get dominos or papa John's but I like pizza hut. But this location is trash. My order is wrong every time. The food us cold or over cooked. They brought me 1 order of fries for 2 in 1 box an said they were out of boxes.. umm okay sure. There was like 15 in there. No extra sauce for the 3rd time. I mean really tho people. 21 dollars for wings an 1 order of cold fries.. I won't be back.

  I was on hold for ever 15 minutes. This Pizza Hut has delivered to me for the last several years, but now all of a sudden they don’t. I’m in Charlotte proper, in the neighborhood of Elizabeth. When I try to place online it says no Pizza Hut delivers to me and no one can, or is willing, to give me an answer. Very disappointing.

  Ridiculous delivery policy. No delivery to certain neighborhoods "past 5 o'clock during winter".
