- AAAntoine Avinger2 days ago1.0This Pizza Hut customer service was terrible. I purchased a pizza on 4-10-26 and order should have been ready at 12:21. I arrived at 12:40. The guy told me he doesn’t know what happened to my order. I showed him the order and then found it. I waited another 25 min for pizza and when he returned it was burned. He said this is what happened to the first one, he forgot. I then asked for a refund and a credit. Denied a credit and didn’t know how to give refund. I was distraught. Then I called corporate then to be put on hold.

The quality was consistent, and everything was served nicely. Overall, it’s a reliable place if you’re craving tasty pizza. Definitely recommend!

She told me that I have to order online and refused to honor the deal price. I have vision issues and could not navigte the complicated online process. I told her she is about to loose my business. Answer was still NO. I left and was not surprised to see 1 star google rating for that location and I am leaving the same bad review.

Contacted by chat they said someone will get back to you in 3 days. Call the phone again the answering service said they are closed now I started talking and he hung up on me. It was a very frustrating and horrible experience and the food was cold being delivered by door dash when I ordered on there website
