  I have not ordered from Pizza Hut in over 10 years. I had a taste for it thinking it would taste how it was when i was little. I was so wrong. I was warned not to order there last night 8/13/21. When it got here, my order was not hot. My breadsticks were old, stale and burnt, pizza edge burnt. Some of my order was not right. I called and the lady who answered was nice and apologized and gave me a $20.00 credit. I really wanted my money back and for them to pick up the pizza because some was not edible and was in the trash. Today i thought, let me redeem my credit and try them again. Placed my order and i get a call that my whole order was canceled due to them running out of everything. I never heard that in my life and she was so whatever about it. I was like that will be the last time i order from them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. It's unfortunate. I would not recommend Pizza Hut to anyone. Don't waste you money. When they say "No one out pizzas the hut" Every pizza place in town does. I think people stop putting care into making your food. They are taking there jobs for granted and treating the people who is keeping them with a job horrible.

  This place is absolutely the worst restaurant every. The manager on duty is the worst. She called me to tell me she could not deliver my pizza because a driver couldn't make it. She told me this an hour late. And all other restaurants has closed. I live two minutes away, she has a car and she could have brought it to me. She then told me that I could just come pick the pizza up. Even after I told her I could not drive. This was my stab at a pizza hut in NC, and I think I will stick to Dominos and Papa Johns.
