Waited there 30 minutes on fries I was constantly told would be just a few more minutes and 20 minutes later I find out they didn't even start making it yet. The girl in the front said I was number 64 of over 100 orders they have. Was given the wrong order, missing then missing the soda. This isn't 1 experience. It's happened a few times. Mismanaged

He said he would process the refund at the end of the night. Unacceptable so I asked for the manager. Manager says she can process a refund because it was bought online. Both people I spoke with were rude and unreasonable. Eventually they offered to send the cheese sticks that they were out of, 20 min prior. Drive an hour out of your way to avoid this one. Terrible customer service from Eli and Ajea (Manager)
