  I ordered using the Pizza Hut app. The automated email said my order would be ready around 8:32 pm. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, it wasn’t ready and I didn’t receive it until 8:49 pm. 17 minutes late is unacceptable. I would rather have the Pizza Hut app give me a longer estimated wait time versus waiting in the store indefinitely.

  I placed an online order for the $10 special of a large pizza with up to 3 toppings. On my way to pick up my pizza my phone said pizza was ready. Got to the store and waited in line. No one came to the front for about 7-8 minutes. Told the first young man my name and he said it was not there. Waited another 5 minutes before a second person came and I shouted out my name. My pizza had been ready because it was not warm at all when I got it. I won’t be back to this location.

  How can anyplace be this slow!? I swear the staff has ro be high 100% of the time and slow. I can't stress how dang slow they are. Every single time I go in there, they have like 5 people working and don't none of them know whats going on. And SLOW!!!

  Customer services and pizzas were amazing. I like how the manager handled herself when the rude customer was yelling at her and being aggressive. I will be coming back!!!!

  This location is almost always out of items, which makes it frustrating to visit. The service could also use improvement, and the 2.5-star rating seems to reflect the overall experience. Hopefully management takes steps to improve things.
