  This review is for the call center. I placed an order and informed them I had a hundred dollar bill. The guy told me that they had change. When my order arrived they had no change. I’m pissed because I wasted my time waiting for my order. At this point I won’t be dealing with papa Johns anymore. Miscommunication is a huge problem that myself as a customer refuse to deal with along with wasting my time after I was told different.

  It’s a Wednesday 2/18/26 22:28 and there is one young man working, diligently. He kept his cool, remembered the order of customers as they came in. Excellent customer service, mind you my food was ready when I arrived. I waited my turn patiently like any patron should. All and all it’s never issues when I order delivery, I just happen to order pick and I’m so glad I did.

  Ordered a pizza to get a greasy flatbread with a half handful of cheese, maybe 8 individual pieces of chicken, and no sauce. Huge and obvious "bald" spots in several places on the pizza. Management is clearly the problem at this location since there is clearly and consistently no QC. I suspect money is being mishandled here if they have to be so consistently stingy with pizza toppings of all things, which should be cheap. It might be worth corporate taking an audit of this place, but I doubt they care.
