  Pizza over baked. The only staff member was Rude and unfriendly. Very slow to the counter. No one in the store. Only my pizza was awaiting pickup. He coughed over someone’s pizza. I don’t eat pizza, but my children do. I stopped going to this location years ago for the same reasons above. This was our very last time at this location.

  Taste was very average. Felt To eat after eating at dominos for a very long time. Used to like papa johns, since their taste changed have to order from dominos. Still no improvement. Has to change a lot

  I love their garlic sauce 😋. Their prices are affordable and the pizza is good. I never had a bad experience.

  Got the Grand Papa. Didn’t like that it came in two boxes. It was also cold by the time I got home and I live right next to the Bowl at Ballantyne. Also the owner should teach their employees proper greeting methods when paying customers enter the premises. Sure the Gen Z stare is ok but it gets old after a while but at the same time I guess these guys are probably only getting paid 15 dollars an hour or under. So I guess you get what you pay for. Anyways I will order again. Thank you

  I ordered delivery. I loved that it delivered so quickly. It said it would be delivered around 7:40pm, it got here around 7:20pm, though, it would’ve been nice to see this on the tracker. The tracker did not update. When I received my pizza, it was missing black olives- my favorite topping! It’s a topping we always had as a child and it’s one that I always ask for. I double-checked my order to make sure black olives were listed, and they were. So that was disappointing. I reviewed the receipt and noticed the tip wasn’t added. This must have been a mistake. So I called and spoke with the manager and told him to include a $10 tip for the delivery driver. It’s the new year and the driver was older, and I live on the 3rd floor. So I appreciate his effort. After that, I informed the manager that I was missing my favorite topping and to let him know for future orders. He thanked me and that was that lol. He didn’t even apologize 😆 just said they will make sure it won’t happen to my future orders lol. But how would he know when in order? lol anyways, I took off 2 stars - 1 for the missing olives and 1 for the manager. I took a photo the morning after.
