Given that it was such a large order, I know it wasn’t easy but the store manager was beyond patient and helpful. The food was hot and ready to go when I got there. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!
- TGTerri GMar 22, 20265.0I visit this Papa Johns on Statesville Rd in Charlotte NC because it's near my home, as well as it has a drive thru which is most definitely convenient. I've been using this location for about a year and I don't have any complaints. My pizza is always fresh and exactly how I order it. The staff has always given me excellent customer service. And also the guy ERIC who is mostly running the drive thru when I visit, has always provided me with great customer service. He's courteous and kind. A joy to speak with. He always asks me about one of my stuffed animals in my back seat, (SLEEPY Dwarf)! Again, I have NO complaints and will continue to use only this location for my pizza and brownie needs!!

The manager, “Twan” was rude condescending and extremely nasty regarding my order. I will be sending pictures and videos to their corporate office. This store is a mess.

They love to close early and stand around looking at all the customers and lock the doors only to not serve you in the drive thru. All unprofessional especially the black guy with the super thick glasses who needs to be trained in basic customer service and hygiene. I suggest putting him in the back before he meets his match that will not overlook his ignorance. Do Better! The guy in the photo is in the front in public being rude to customers! Horrible service
