A prior customer had mistakenly taken my order and brung it back shortly after I arrived. The reaction could have been anything else but Kema had my order redid without hesitation and sincerity. This is the service that is highly appreciated.

She kept asking me the same thing over and over she wasn’t helpful at all . My sandwich wasn’t what I ordered. I asked the young man in the kitchen could he melt the cheese on the sandwich. He said yes and put it in the oven turned his back and never looked back the young lady handed to me .The bread was super hard I only wanted my cheese melted. Neither one of them were friendly I asked her questions she didn’t answer she just did what I asked and never said a word. When I got my soup the bowl wasn’t full. So asked could she fill it up. She said not one word. I paid $14 I’ve noticed your bowls have gotten smaller. Your prices are ridiculously high. I feel that I should at least get my moneys worth. I went to the drink station it didn’t smell good and it wasn’t clean and fruit flies were all on the wall. That was nasty and smelly. My Apple wasn’t fresh either.
