  Haven't been to Panera in a long time. Didn't get something to eat but I picked something up for a friend. Environment is really well kept, the staff are all on top of things and attentive and really kind. A tall gentleman with a dress shirt checked on me in case I was picking up something or ordering. I really appreciated that as someone who also use to work in a food setting. Great team and great atmosphere!

  Panera Bread will pay for it's crimes! I ordered lunch there today, got a full veggie sandwich and a full salad for later. I got a food version of 'what I got versus what I ordered', restaurant style today. The picture of the veggie sandwich is a scam, because what I got was a hummus sandwich with halved cucumbers and diced tomatoes with lettuce. I've ordered this sandwich before and it was good. But this time the bread tasted different and the lack of actual veggies was sorely disappointing. Normally, I love hummus however, veggies slathered in so much hummus that they don't even taste good is a travesty! I had $3 off coupon which applied to the sandwich which is normally $8. Thank God I didn't pay full price because I'd be even more missed. Maybe that's why I got diced tomatoes and halved sliced pieces of cucumber, because of the coupon. Panera, your days are numbered. Someone online once called your store overpriced hospital food and they were right, I see that now. Never again. I'll order from the bakery and take advantage of the birthday treat but I won't ever order food from you again.

  I’ll give it a three since there was an older gentleman that helped me out with my plates, my chipotle chicken sandwich barely had any chicken and my mocha latte looked looked like someone dranked half of it, I was disappointed I asked if it had any chicken and he said it did and lifted the egg but it looked like he had a hard time finding the chicken at first, the chipotle chicken is my top choice everytime I had to double check the receipt to see that it didn’t have no chicken. The oatmeal wasn’t that bad but it was almost 20 for barely any chicken that ruined my day

  I placed an online order ahead of time and made a few customizations to my sandwich and salad. Everything was just as I ordered and it was ready on time. Food was great and the girl working the counter was friendly. My only complaint is that the tomatoes on the salad were mushy. I will definitely be back!

  Sadly, this location has really gone downhill, especially in the afternoons. They seem to have constant staff turnover and the service has gotten noticeably worse. I used to come in almost every day for coffee, and an employee named Kayla would greet me at the door with a smile. She was always welcoming , and the coffee was always fresh, I even informed the Store manager one day that her customer service is Excellent and that she should train specifically for that! however Recently when I came in, the coffee was completely empty. I let the employee working know, and I ended up waiting over 15 minutes while being told they had to brew more. I tried calling the store afterward to speak with someone about the issue, but no one answered the phone. Very disappointing compared to how this location used to be.
