- RRRobertBrandon5 days ago1.0I’ve generally had positive experiences at Panera Bread, but this recent situation with a delivery order was extremely disappointing. My order was never delivered, and when I attempted to have it remade, I was repeatedly redirected between customer service and the store with no resolution. Customer service advised me to go into the store, but the store staff stated they were unfamiliar with that process and declined to assist. When customer service contacted the location directly on my behalf, I was informed that the call was disconnected by the store, which is very concerning. As someone who works in customer service and hospitality at a corporate level, I find this level of miscommunication and lack of accountability unacceptable. I’m simply asking for my undelivered order to be remade, but the overall experience reflects poorly on the service standards at this location. Thank you
