- JGJuanCarlos Goris1 day ago1.0Place is friendly at door. Sit and receive one piece of bread for 2 and ends were hard. Got drinks and waited about 15 minutes for a French soup it was warm. Then sat there waiting for a burger and steaks meal for one hour. Ask for my bill and food shows up which they immediately put in plates to go. Manager made meals free but I paid my $14 bucks for drink and left that nasty bag of food on the table. Silverware was dirty. I noticed a nasty thing happen the young man that cleans tables cleaned a table and put a glass of water that was half empty in his cleaning bucket Then grabs second glass that was full and and took it to the back like to give to someone else then comes back and finishes cleaning that table. Yuck. I arrived at 7pm and it was not busy at all. Nasty Place.

- DDDebbie DavisApr 11, 20261.02nd time there, same situation.. they were short handed on a Saturday @4pm again. Hostess acted like she didnt want to seat us. We waited a few minutes for manager to tell her where we could sit. Bread was cold. My pasta dish had old, overcooked and hard pasta. Waiter paid more attention to other tables than ours.. My next trip to Charlotte will not include them ever again.
