  Went for a lunch meeting with my company, service was prompt and efficient, and the food was amazing. I've been to other outbacks in the past, plenty of times, but the service and food we received blew the others out of the water.

  I’m writing to share my experience on 4/22/2026. Me and my family went out to eat to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and this experience was AWFUL. First I’ll start off by saying the customer service was absolutely terrible. My server was Jessica and from the moment I sat down to the moment I left I felt disgusted due to the way I was treated. I decided to communicate with the manager (Raven) when I left and she gave me a response that no manager should give to a customer. I understand trying to stand up for your employees but when you’re just being selfish and inconsiderate of the customers feelings it makes the situation even worse. I would also like to add on that I personally would never eat here again especially with it being my first time. Their kitchen is atrocious and they have a sanitary score of 85.5. Please tread carefully when visiting this location.

  I usually enjoy outback steakhouse so I chose to come here to celebrate. This recent visit was just terrible. The service from the beginning was awful. We sat waiting for our waitress for 10 min so then we had to ask the manager to get our waitress. When our waitress came to our table we noticed she had passed us several times without even acknowledging us. She never introduced herself, never said hello, just went straight into what do you want. Our steak was supposed to be medium but it came out well done with only pepper for seasoning. It was so dry and tasteless. I couldn't even eat my steak and thankfully was taken off. My husband made it clear we should have gone to Texas roadhouse like he had suggested. I will definitely be listening to him for now on.

  I come to this OutBack very often and it never disappoints! The food is always amazing and everyone is very friendly. Jose makes my day every time I come in! He is the best!!

  Worst dining experience we've had in quite some time. Start to finish - slow service. Soup was room temp at best and took forever to get it. An hour for main course - delmonico ribeye that I ordered medium was VERY rare, broccoli was RAW, like had not been cooked, straight from the bag. Two of us had ribs that were so tough they couldn't even cut them apart. It was also off-putting that my mother's half rack of ribs and side was served on a BREAD PLATE! All the dishes were mismatched and odd, including our drinks being served in big plastic cups with lids. I told the waitress who was NOT interested, didn't say a word and took the food back. I asked for tbe manager, who while nice, offered an excuse of the ribs came from a different distributer and "looked different." I said " that uncooked broccoli is NOT a distribution problem. That's trifling kitchen staff." The waitress never came back after I sent the steak back until we flagged her for the check, which I had to have them correct since all of the food was inedible. A comedy of errors not to be repeated. Not the level of service I am accustomed to from Outback. This location is CLEARLY struggling in the back of the house. Hope they get it resolved but I will not be going back.
