  I was using the deal to make a breakfast sandwich $2.00. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. It showed $2.00 on the register screen. I then ordered a McChicken biscuit. It took .29 off the McChicken biscuit instead of the $1.69 from the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit as previously shown. I showed the manager on duty the receipt . She said that she had noticed that happens when using the deal and ordering more than one item. So, I asked her why not share that information with me as she could tell I was ordering for an elderly (90 years old) disabled person with a limited income. Then she said oh, I didn't know it would do that. This is the first time she's seen that happen. She didn't offer to help in any way and obviously lied about her knowledge. Sad to take advantage of people! Shame on you!

  First off the lft drive thru lane takes 4 cars to every 1 the right lane takes. Then when I finally order & once again confirm my order then to the window to pay and confirm my order again, then when I get to pickup window she hands me the bag & I confirm it looks like the correct order not opening each wrapped sandwich. Then she hands me one of the confirmed beverages & says have a nice day, I said I have a lg coke zero also , she looked like a dear caught in the headlights, had no clue what I said & walks away already waiting over 15 mins since placing order & then comes back to window to ask me to pull to the next window while standing right in front of soda machine. So once I got my drink then drove home to find everyone’s order was completely wrong! Given no receipt with my order I decided to call before going back, 20 attempts to call & no one answered the phone, it would ring and ring till they either hung up on me or call failed. My wife got her morning coffee there for years on her way to work but stopped going there because all the issues she was having just getting coffee. Should of listened to her when I said I was running to McD’s for breakfast and she said goto North Sardis Rd location which is twice the distance. We will not be back.

  Idk dudes name but he was working early morning at 3:30 am on March 14th mopping he was super sweet. I appreciate kindness

  I bought a large coke and a sandwich at the drive through after I ate the sandwich I wanted a refill of my drink and they said I couldn’t get a refill because they don’t do them and manager was talking to me! Unacceptable behavior from McDonald’s!
