  Went in for lunch today and the lady who brought out the food was completely rude and very standoffish. I politely asked for some condiments because what they put in the bag was incorrect as per the order. When doing so, she got extremely rude and said only one free sauce. I tried to again politely tell her and show her the order that the sauce that was in the bag was incorrect. After that she continued to argue for no reason. I would have paid for sauce but she she stormed away and refused to help me. Her attitude was not only disrespectful but uncalled for! After being treated like this I informed her that indeed, she needed an attitude adjustment. This was simply over sauce. I always even say pretty please and thank you to fast food workers! Heck, I even usually go back to the counter to thank the staff and tell them they did a good job basically every time I visit a fast food restaurant! No exaggeration! This McDonald's has been going downhill for months now! I would honestly recommend going to basically any other McDonald's in like a 5 mi radius other than this one! Unless you like being treated rude and disrespected over condiments which is completely crazy but to each their own.

  They enjoy lying to customers faces. My order has just been sitting at the back counter for over 5 minutes. Cashier tells me it just came out. My receipt didn’t print from kiosk, I saw my order sitting as I was getting my receipt squared away. They could have given me my order way before my receipt was taken care of. Had to redo order. I don’t eat cold food when it supposed to be hot.Not only that, but why is it always cold in this location. Fix your issues. Very slow service. Fries aren’t fresh unless you ask for fresh fries. It’s always cold inside this location. You can literally get sick from it being so cold here. Definitely not fit for dine in customers. I’ve noticed that there is a remodel on north Tryon street but it’s always empty. I’ve also noticed as a customer, that there are a lot of McDonald’s being closed after they make building upgrades. They are losing customers as well as money from newly upgraded locations. I remember when McDonald’s was the all time restaurant for all families to enjoy for a pretty fair price for food. It has let its core customers down completely. Poor quality and high prices equals to a shut down. I use to work for McDonald’s some years back and I gotta say that this looks like the end of the road. They are riding out a dead wave and it shows.
