  McDonald's McDonald's McDonald's SMH They have 7 cars pulled to the side. That we weren't aware of and then more cars AFTER us plugged to the side also SMH waited over 20 plus mins this makes no sense. If only we haven't paid i would've left. Dont come here.

  I stopped here a few days ago driving through to the mountains. Hardly any parking spaces unless you're doing curbside pickup. I found an open spot in the back. The drive thru was crazy busy. I wanted to eat inside after driving so long. When I went inside they were doing some work on half of the dining room and the other half had a few people hanging out with no food. So , I ended up getting my food and eating in my SUV. Inside they only take your order from the App or the Kiosk. I used the App so I could use my points for a free Frappe. I also got a McDouble and a small fry. As busy as they are the hamburger meat tasted like it had been in the warmer for a while. My fries were hot and fresh though. If I lived in Charlotte I definitely wouldn't come back to this McDonald's location. After looking at the list of locations in Charlotte it looks like the norm unfortunately.

  My experience at 3:59AM As an Uber Eats driver, I visit many restaurants every day, and this McDonald’s location really stands out. The manager does a great job leading the team and keeping everything organized and professional….. I also really appreciate that they respect drivers’ and they’re location working time hours !!! and try their best to have orders ready or communicate if there’s a short wait. That level of professionalism makes a big difference for us on the road. A big thank you to the late shift manager Kat she’s wonderful and the entire crew for the great service and positive attitude. Keep up the great work!
