  If I could give negative stars I would. This place is absolute TRASH. Every time I go there ( and I order ahead in the app) the staff can never find my order when I get there. They are very rude to their customers, especially under pressure. When I went to get my order I was looked dead in my face and told “We don’t have it in our system, move aside so I can assist the next customer”. Yeah that bad. The guy beside me said he also called in his order an hour before, so they could have plenty of time to get it ready …and it was nowhere to be found when he got there. While all this is going on… the computers went down, so they could not see their orders que. While multiple people were trying to get their orders that they already paid for… people were coming up to the counter and ordering, and instead of taking care of the people that paid already and helping them sort out their orders that were messed up… they just took on new customers. After I was rudely pushed to the side by some woman with a name tag labeled “LIPSTICK” … I tried talking to the other genius behind the counter and she told me I would have to place the order again. I was trying to show her my order number from my phone… she wouldn’t even look at it. Looked over my shoulder and proceeded to service the next customer. If you actually want to eat food and not be aggravated beyond your limits, find another place to eat. There are plenty of places in that area and eat better food.

  The absolute WORST customer service and horrible attitudes!!!! They need to get better jobs if they hate working there that much!!

  I see McDonald's doesn't care who represents them. The tall, male, young manager that is working 2nd shift today, April 2, 2026 is just as ignorant as they come and doesn't know how to approach customers in a professional manner when they have a question. He is the definition of rude, ignorant, unprofessional, trifling, uneducated excuse of a person! The other tall male employee is right there with him! I don't know how either one of them has a job!

  Recently I been purchasing yummy food from this place! I was happily surprised how much the staff loves the Carolina Panthers!!! Also the Managers and Supervisors are amazing ! The smile . They very Proud and proud with high standards! I believe that The Queen City of Charlotte is getting better and better every day! The southern hospitality right! Congratulations to the Corporation for having amazing team in this place!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

  App says serves dinner until 3:59. Typically they close from 4-5 for breakfast prep even though they claim to be "24hrs" showed up at 330 with a mobile order that I now have to cancel. This is the 2nd time this has happened. When you cancel on the app it takes a few days to get your money back. So I've now spent my money did not get food and still have to go somewhere else to spend more money. Either fix the app to make it where you can't order when closed or actually follow the hours you claim to be open
