  I ordered delivery from this restaurant. The burger was delivered. If I weren't in a hurry, I would have come to you personally and fed you.😡😡😡

  Abhorrently slow inside services. Drive thru is usually fast and decent. Inside service was so terrible I had to further drop my rating. Service took so long i ended up needing to ask for a refund.

  I usually don’t do this especially for a place like this but I came here today around the times of 1:40-1:50 pm and the customer service was horrible instead of ordering at the kiosk like I usually do I came up to the register bc the item I wanted and ik that they could do bc they did it last time when I ordered at the registered anywho like I said I came to the register it’s like a kind of heavyset Hispanic women standing at the Mcfrappe machine and there was No hey How are you No hey how you doing she just straight up said order at the kiosk and I was explaining to her the item I wanted isn’t on there and tried to tell me just order a McFlurry I wanted a ice cream cone in a cup so I order at the kiosk as I’m finishing my order not even 5 minutes later it’s a old man with a headset on taking people orders at the register so I’m confused on why they couldn’t take mine and it’s not like he wasn’t right there when I try to explain the situation to the lady bc my bf explained it to him and he just acted like he didn’t care I ordered my ice cream but couldn’t get in a cup like last time due to them not wanting to take my order at the register even tho he took 2-3 ppl after the situation anyways shout to the young black female that handed me my ice cream and my cup after I asked for it anyways so unprofessional then the old man looked like a district manager cuz I’ve seen him at different McDonald’s locations unprofessional!!!!! Do better seriously

  DISGUSTING!!!!! How disgusting that eating my chicken sandwich, I almost EAt someone bandage with BLOOD. You guys should be more careful.

  This is the worst McDonalds on the planet. There's no reality in which anyone should have to wait in a drive thru for 30+ minutes to pick up a mobile order they've already paid for in advance just to leave with no food at all. Self reflection should be a top priority for any person working at this location. Seriously, seek help.
