  The staff was very rude. Never acknowledged me once I entered the establishment. I will never return and I advise anyone reading this not to as well cause 2 more elderly people came in abd complained as well

  My order was not right, I can't eat pickles. I said no no pickles extra onions and it was and I didn't get receipt to if she gotten my order right. Y'all need to start giving people their receipt.

  On March 28, 2026, at 1:20am, I was driving a white pickup truck and decided to seek a late-night snack. I chose the only establishment that was open and proceeded to the drive-thru. Upon being greeted, I requested a moment to review the menu. After making my selection, I attempted to place my order, speaking approximately five or six times, including a couple of "hellos," but received no response. After waiting for about seven minutes, the greeter reappeared, began taking my order, and then left again mid-transaction. I then drove to window 1 and waited for approximately one minute, hoping someone would attend to me, but no one did. Subsequently, I moved to the second window and waited there as well, but again, no one appeared, so I departed.

  The staff was very rude and unprofessional. That was the atmosphere I noticed inside as well, and it radiated throughout their service, especially from the man who served late at night. I'm not sure if he's the manager, but if he is, he needs to be retrained.

  They Notoriously get coffee order wrong nearly every morning I come here. Which is often. They put as much cream as they seem fit. Today I decided to return and go inside as the line was long 9:25am Manager had an attitude about it. I showed her the difference after she remade it and she brushed it off acting annoyed and walked off immediately. Hey lady, I don’t want stomach cramps later.
