- RBRoger Barbosa3 days ago1.0I stop at this McDonald’s almost every time when I’m coming back from a trip, and unfortunately, they never seem to have milkshakes available. This has happened to me twice already, and both times I wasn’t able to order a milkshake. It feels like there might be an issue with management or inventory at this location, because running out of such a basic item repeatedly is not normal. I hope they can fix this problem, because it’s disappointing to keep having the same experience.

- STShawn TwetenMar 30, 20261.0I ordered at 12:15 AM (about half an hour ago). I pulled up to the speaker to order and they asked me to pull up to the second window. It took seven minutes from ordering the food to getting the food. I waited at the window the entire seven minutes. The poor next car behind me had to wait seven minutes prior to placing their order. There were also cars behind them. I saw at least one car leave. I asked the worker at the window why they were asking each car to place the order at the second window. He said it was because he was the only person working the drive-through because the others called out. Yes that would stink; however, it also stinks having to wait so long to place your order. The car behind me could have received their food about one minute after me if we had both placed our orders at the menu intercom. Also, being asked to place an order at the window, entirely defeats the point of being able to look at the drive-through menu. Sidenote, the stoplight leaving the McDonald’s take forever to turn green. I don’t think I’ll ever go to this location again.
