When the drive through window was opened for me to pay and also to receive my food, the strong pungent odor of urine, unwashed sweat and dirt came through and the employee was dirty with visibly dirty regular clothes. I’m happy for anyone to have a job but there should be basic hygiene rules when working in the food service industry. Also the food was old and gross. Horrible experience.
