Todo estuvo delicioso como siempre pero lo mejor de todo fue la atención, la cajera respondiendo todas nuestras preguntas y además la manager Ángela que trato súper bien a nuestros hijos ayudándonos a conseguir el juguete que ellos querían. Salimos muy contentos de ahí porque la amabilidad lo es todo !!!! Gracias

I understand sometimes receiving older soggy food some days, but it’s really agitating to buy anything “cooked to order” here. It’s like when I asked, I’m being annoying. But who doesn’t want fresh food???
I just don’t why I have to beg for something that should be the standard anyways.
Please try to do better y’all.

Out of towner passing thru Friday March 13 2026, and placed order with a cup of ice and received food but no ice it was just water. I said sir, I ordered a cup of ice, then he said they was out. But yet he was filling up drinks with ice. So I left without causing a scene. But the food was Hot but thru it in paper bag the fries wasnt in the carton, the burger wasn't wrapped. Chicken nuggets was half in/out box. RUDE PEOPLE won't be back at this location.

I am beyond frustrated with the service we received. Kenya, the store manager, showed absolutely no concern for our complaint. We waited 32 minutes for just 4 pieces of chicken tenders, which is completely unacceptable. There was no communication, no apology, no explanation. Nothing.
If I hadn’t walked inside to ask about our order, we would have been left sitting in the car there indefinitely. That is not how customers should be treated. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer service from a store manager is shocking.
This experience was ridiculous and extremely disappointing. When management doesn’t care, it shows and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here.
