The service was incredibly slow and the waitress kept forgetting things like someone's food order wasn't placed, forgot to tell the bartender they needed another drink etc. The wings we ordered as an appetizer were over cooked and barely sauced. High end decor and rediculous prices in a strip mall are what you should expect. The cocktail was the best part of the experience. The female bartender was fantastic and the staff were friendly that's the best thar can be said

We live in dark times: economic concerns, moral concerns, and disillusionment with the future dominate conversation, however it is against this milieu that people, places, and experience of brightness shine even greater because of the contrast. Will an incredible steak dinner prepared by the masterful chefs at Link & Pin make you forget that we are currently bombing Iran? No, but it reminds you that not everyone is bent on destruction, that creation and beauty still have a place in this world, that Bacchus and Aphrodite still have followers even if the followers of Mercury dominate the media landscape. Will a conversation with Devon make you forget that our neighbors and friends are being grabbed off the street? No, but it will remind you that while people can be cruel, base, and apathetic, people can also be tremendously giving, resilient, and kind. There may be better restaurants in Charlotte, though certainly not by much, but this place is a must visit for everyone who wants to be reminded why life is worth living, that beauty still exists outside of fiction, and that greatest meals fill the heart and not just the stomach.

My wife and I stopped by for quick drink and few appetizers before going out .We sat at the bar and the bartenders were very professional and knowledgeable. They recommended general Tso cauliflower and mini tuna tacos which were very delicious.Fireside chat and Smokey sticky bun old fashion were great as well.Their manager stopped by to check on us as well.Definitely we will be coming back !

I used to love Link & Pin. It was one of our go-to spots for both casual dinners and bringing family. Their raw salmon and sushi platter was a standout—I’ve probably ordered it 20 times because it was that good. The menu used to feel thoughtful, with great appetizers and a variety that made it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed. Unfortunately, tonight’s visit was a huge disappointment. The new menu feels stripped down, especially when it comes to appetizers, and the pricing has skyrocketed. I ordered the Brussels sprouts salad and added salmon, along with a whiskey sour. My bill came out to $48 before tip—which felt completely unreasonable for what I got. Charging $15 just to add salmon to a basic $15 salad is hard to justify. We love the Charlotte food scene and don’t mind spending money on a great dining experience—there are plenty of top-tier restaurants in the area that deliver on both quality and value. That’s what makes this shift even more frustrating. It feels like Link & Pin is trying to reposition itself, but it’s unclear what direction they’re going in. If I’m going to spend that kind of money on higher-end steak or seafood, there are too many strong options in Charlotte to choose from. Really disappointed, especially considering how much I used to enjoy coming here.

I came here tonight with a group of friends and the experience started off rough right away. Due to construction at the front entrance, we had to enter through a side door where we were stepping over extension cords and equipment, which didn’t feel very welcoming. We also had a reservation, but our table wasn’t ready, and they initially tried to seat six of us at a table meant for four. I do want to say our waitress, Emily, was great…she was friendly, attentive, and did her best to take care of us. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience really fell short. A couple people in our group had to send food back because it wasn’t seasoned properly, but it was replaced without issue. The biggest problem came when it was time to pay. We ended up waiting over an hour just to get two checks corrected because two people were splitting the cost of a birthday meal. This should have been a simple fix. The manager, Bryan, was extremely disappointing. He came across as arrogant and rude and made no real effort to help resolve the situation. If he knew Emily was struggling, he should have stepped in much sooner. Instead, we were stuck there for about 3.5 hours total. On top of that, the food and drinks are overpriced for what you get. I even ordered a to-go meal for my boyfriend, and by the time everything was sorted out, it was completely cold. We’ve had better experiences here in the past, but after tonight, we won’t be returning.
