  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Jimmy John’s on S. Tryon Street. I placed my order through the app, and while the sub was ready quickly, it became clear why once I got to my car. My sandwich was missing tomatoes entirely, and it wasn’t cut in half as requested. These may seem like small details, but they really impact the overall experience—especially when you’re expecting your order to be made correctly. The only positive was that the bread was soft and fresh, which I appreciated. However, that alone wasn’t enough to make up for the mistakes. I’ve been a fan of Jimmy John’s for a while, but this visit was definitely disappointing and not up to the standard I expected.

  Was hard to find from the interstate. Couldn't find a place to park. Once we did. Food and service were great

  Excellent service the whole crew was nice and professional. Tht Chris guy can make a helluva sandwich.
