  Entire experience was horrible, food was not what I paid for and the customer service is not up to pair. The GM Alexis is very rude and condescending when speaking with customers. This will be my first and last time ordering from this establishment.

  The slowest Jimmy John’s has ever been. Ordered online at 11:59 still waiting for sandwich at 12:29.

  This location has staffing issues. Food and wrappers were all over the floor while they were making sandwiches. Asked for no tomatoes no lettuce. Add advocado spread. Got tomatoes and no advocado spread.
