We had such a great experience at Inchin’s Bamboo Garden. The flavors were incredible, the portions were generous, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can really feel the care they put into both the food and the service. Highly recommend! Also if you are looking for Mild taste they are very much capable of making it per one’s taste. One of the first Indo Chinese restaurant of Charlotte.

Ordered 3 types of noodles of which only Hakka noodles was good rest two were very bad. Chow mein was made with used oil that was used to prepare jackfruit pakora which caused nasty smell in the noodle. The Cantonese noodle was too oily and the garlic was not properly cooked/fried. Better you guys change your chefs. Unhappy and dissatisfied for what I’ve paid and what I received.

This was one of the most disturbing and unacceptable dining experiences I have ever had. I visited this restaurant with my wife and toddler expecting a simple family meal, but the food quality was poor enough that we had to send a dish back. Based on that experience, I chose not to leave a tip. What followed was shocking. Our server followed me outside the restaurant and confronted me in an aggressive and threatening manner, insisting that I “should know” that servers depend on tips. Despite clearly telling him I did not want to engage, he continued to argue and push the issue. This behavior felt like outright intimidation and bordered on harassment. I briefly returned to speak with the manager, expecting accountability. Instead, the manager defended this behavior and justified confronting customers over tipping. There was no attempt to de-escalate the situation, no apology, and no recognition of how inappropriate and threatening this was. This kind of conduct is not just unprofessional — it reflects a level of hooliganism that has no place in a customer-facing business. Being followed outside and pressured over a tip is completely unacceptable and made my family feel unsafe. Had I not been with my wife and young child, I would have seriously considered involving the authorities. No customer should ever be put in this position. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment unless they are prepared to deal with aggressive and intimidating behavior.

Worst lunch experience in Charlotte area. We reached the restaurant a few minutes before the last order for lunch and they kept rushing for us to order. We ordered tandoori momos (both chicken and paneer) along with chilli garlic noodles and chilli chicken.. the food tasted mediocre and we were not very happy with our server. When we left, we didn’t want to tip them because we didn’t enjoy the food or service and made up our mind that we won’t visit this place again. To our surprise, the server actually followed us outside the restaurant and said to us that our waiters get paid from tips and you didn’t tip me !! We politely told him ok, we don’t want to know, but then he said “No sir, we have to tell this to our customers”.. which we found utterly ridiculous. My spouse and this server ended up arguing loudly and the manager came out. The manager also supported his staff and said that WE HAVE TO TELL OUR CUSTOMERS THAT THE TIP GOES TO THEIR SALARY !! It was so ridiculous ! We paid in full for everything we ordered even though it didn’t taste that good.. tipping or no tipping should be our choice .. but what guts for the server and manager to follow us outside the restaurant and tell us that we didn’t tip !! Nuisance , not going to this restaurant ever again and recommending to anyone also. PS: the momos tasted pretty stale and the coating was super hard .. it’s like you take frozen momos out of the freezer and don’t thaw them properly and then just add it to the tandoor. The filing was equally bland .. no masalas or spice. We also sent the noodles back because there was some sauce which was too strong.. the server took my bowl back to the kitchen and when he returned, it seemed like they just added some plain noodles to the original bowl and tossed everything together instead of making something new !!
