Honeysuckle Gelato began in 2011 as the passion project of three friends Jackson Smith, Wes Jones, and Khatera Ballard, with the simple idea of bringing great gelato to the South. Beginning as a food truck, Honeysuckle Gelato has always been as rich, creamy and smooth as it is innovative. Serving up scoops, pints, gelato sandwiches, and milkshakes in flavors inspired by the decadent flavors and desserts of the South, Honeysuckle Gelato offers flavors such as Butter Pecan Praline, Lemon Raspberry Crumble, and Salted Caramel Brownie!
